Dear friends, colleagues, and most importantly my loyal clients,
The time has come for me to close my practice. After nearly 20 years, it’s time for me to move on.
Those of you who know me well, know that I have many interests besides bodywork. And while I still enjoy the gift of touch, I want to dedicate more time to other pursuits.
Thank you for all your support, encouragement, and loyalty over the years. I will never forget all the wonderful people I’ve met through massage and the many kindnesses shown me.
Good luck to us all.

I am a highly skilled, intuitive professional devoted to nurturing the vitality of my clients.
Health and vitality is less about the absence of disease than it is about the presence of wellbeing. And wellbeing is dependent upon balance.
Maintaining balance is the work of a lifetime, and therapeutic massage and bodywork is an essential tool in all phases of life.
Regularly Scheduled Massage:
- Soothes overused muscles and calms the nerves.
- Increases circulation and rids the body of toxins.
- Releases endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers.
- Assists proper immune functioning.
- Adds to body awareness, acceptance and appreciation.
- Nurtures the soul.
- Provides balance.
- And enhances one’s overall state of wellbeing.
Massage invigorates you as it loosens tense muscles. It increases the circulation of oxygen-rich blood to your brain, enhancing your ability to think and concentrate.
Massage helps you feel alert and refreshed. It even educates you about your body. Bodywork teaches you about where you hold your stress and how this is affecting you.
Massage is an effective form of health promotion and stress management. It is safe, convenient, affordable and a pleasure to receive.
Knead U Now Massage/Bodywork offers all these benefits plus many other amenities not commonly found elsewhere.
